Advocate Mary Urghman is an Advocate of the Lahore High Court and a member of Christian Lawyers Alliance Pakistan (CLAP), serving under Founding Patron in Chief Advocate Soba Sorya. She is one of the few Christian women practising at the bar in Lahore, and she brings to the Alliance a particular concern for women and girls in forced conversion and family cases.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Government Model Town College for Girls in 2009 and earned her Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Punjab in 2016. She was licensed by the Punjab Bar Council and practises in the civil and criminal courts, and was later licensed by the Lahore High Court. She is a Life Member of the Lahore High Court Bar Association.
On 26 November 2022 she completed a degree in theology at Revelation Bible College and Seminary. She serves as Legal Advisor to Good Samaritan Ministries Pakistan, advising on church, property and welfare matters, and has worked with several law firms in Lahore.
